Appointments and Fees

When you book an appointment, we make appropriate plans for your visit by reserving a private room for you, and assembling our required paperwork. If you do not show up for your appointment, you deprive other patients from being seen and prevent us from helping others. Please call us if you need to reschedule your appointment. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy where we will charge you for a missed appointment without adequate notice. We certainly understand that things come up, we only ask for your consideration. Remember, it is hard to get results if you don't come to your appointment.
Appointments are classified in two areas, consultations and acupuncture treatments. With all new patients there is a review of the patient’s health history so factors contributing to their health concern(s) can be reviewed. The consultation can vary in length from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the nature and the complexity of the patient’s health concern(s).
Acupuncture and related treatments generally run 45 minutes to an hour, and the combination of a new patient consultation and related acupuncture treatment can run 2 hours.
Fees
Consultation fees are based on a graduated scale running from $25 to $75 dollars depending on the length of time that is spent with the patient reviewing their health concerns.
Acupuncture treatment fees are:
Adults $85
Adolescents $55
Children $27.50
We are compassionate about the cost of health care and can discuss options for financially distressed patients.

Clinic hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.
